The Lindley Park Cottage has just been completely remodeled and is available starting August 2010. The location and the house itself are exquisite, with Sourdough Creek just over the back fence, Bogart Park on the other side of the bridge, and on a dead end street just 4 blocks to Bozeman's downtown. Just walk across the bridge and you're at Bogart Park's weekly farmer's market, also home to Bozeman's only outdoor public pool, and a large park with playground and summer band concerts. Lindley Park, home to the Sweet Pea Festival, and Pete's Hill trails and recreation area overlooking town is just two more blocks away. And with Montana State University and the Museum of the Rockies just 15 blocks away, you won't even need to get in the car to enjoy the town's splendors.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and beautifully refinished hardwood floors, brand new kitchen, bathrooms, and a covered back porch on the way to the yard complete with a fire pit. The pictures say it all, this house has been in the family for three generations and has just been fully redone, inside and out. The basement is full of daylight with large windows and high ceilings - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a large family room are on that level. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, and one has a full size bed.

Availability Calendar

Nightly Rates are for advance reservations with 4 or less people. Extra people are charged $15/night. Last minute rates are quoted on a case by case basis, based on season and number of people. Prices do not include Montana's 7% bed tax (no sales tax in MT). Cleaning fee $125. No other fees.
- Advance reservations for summer & Christmas are available with 1 week minimum. Within 30 days of your arrival date this minimum is dropped to 3 nights. There is no specific start day, such as Sunday to Sunday, so feel free to arrive any day. As such, partial weeks of availability may be created which can be booked in advance.
- 25% Reservation Deposit hold reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival (Christmas reservations have 50% deposit and balance due 60 days prior). $75 cancellation fee if more than 60 days prior to arrival. Within 60 days of arrival date refund is dependent on our ability to re-rent your reserved dates.
