Built in 1910, this 4-bedroom remodeled Craftsman style home offers the best of Bozeman. Ideally located three blocks from historic Main Street and across from Beall Park, this beautiful home has views of the Bridger Mountains from the front porch and is comfortable and spacious enough inside for ten guests!
When you walk in the front door, the 10-foot ceilings, beautiful wood work, and hardwood floors set you at ease. The dining room table with its benches and extra chairs can expand to accommodate a large family gathering. The living room has a comfortable leather couch and big chairs for relaxing visits, games or movies.
The kitchen has composite granite countertops and all the amenities from home. Prepare meals with views of the Aspen trees in the backyard. The small den with its sleeper sofa is a perfect spot to sit and read a book.
The four bedrooms upstairs include a large master bedroom with a king bed, two queen bedrooms, and a kids room with a set of bunk beds and also twin bed.
There are two full spacious bathrooms, both with claw foot bathtubs. The bathroom downstairs has a marble floor and the upstairs has a tiled walk-in shower and skylight. In the large, finished basement you will find a washer, dryer, and a stationary bike.
There is a large fenced-in backyard with a patio and barbecue grill surrounded by apple, crabapple and aspen trees. Our goal is for people to enjoy the home and their time together with friends and family.
As with all Bozeman Cottage vacation rentals, the Beall Park Guest House is fully equipped with linens, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, dry goods (flour, sugar, etc), and comes with hometown roasted coffee & locally made bath soap. We also provide extensive local info on everything from where to buy real Montana meat & locally grown vegetables to great hiking trails, rafting links to restaurant coupons. We believe in local economies and know the best places!
Great house, great location
We were travelling from france and met with 5 familly members who live in Montana! This place makes you want to buy a home there in Bozeman! Stylish period house on the north side of main street, you can walk everywhere! Big yard with BBQ! Fully equipped kitchen! I will rent again! If you are just one couple it is the cost of a premium hotel room, but at three couples it becomes a bargain! Great to get together enjoy Bozeman and also a good base to go to Yellowstone (1:45 hours from west entrance by Scenic Gallatin Valley). The place was clean well decorated and we enjoyed it. Wifi was fast!

We were 2 families with 9 plus a baby in town for a family wedding. The place worked very well for us. Nicely set up kitchen. The beds are really comfortable. The management company was very responsive. The location worked well with the nearby park for kids, the shops, bars and restaurants on Main Street being only 3 short blocks away gave people flexibility to not be car-dependent for everything. A little warm in the bedrooms early in the evening on the 90 degree days, but fans helped and it always cools down later in the evening. I’d consider it again if I needed 3-4 bedrooms.

Great House for an Extended Stay
We rented this property for eight days over the Thanksgiving holiday. It met our needs very nicely. The home is comfortable and clean with especially comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-appointed and we had everything we needed to make a nice Thanksgiving dinner. Our college-age daughter and her friend each had their own room, and the master room was very spacious which was nice. Best for us was that this home is walking distance to downtown Bozeman, so we walked as much as possible. It also has a nice view of the Bridger Mountains from the living room window and front porch. Finally, the neighborhood is nice and quiet with very little traffic. (We live on a busy residential street so this was a delight!) We recommend this as a great place for a long-term stay in Bozeman (or short-term too).

We can only echo the positive comments from others, but could not have been more pleased with the property. Aside from a beautifully renovated period home, it was so well appointed that we needed nothing other than our groceries. The four bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable, with nice linens and very clean. We used it as a base for our daughter’s wedding, and the extra space was very relaxing. Positioned across from Beale Park would provide a wonderful play space in summer and was a lovely ice rink during our stay. Don’t hesitate, book this property!

The house was wonderful. It was clean as a whistle, and had every amenity you could need. The kitchen was spotless, and very well equipped. The location is a homerun, being so close to Main Street and Beall Park.

Bozeman stay during the Ice Fest
This house was super easy to book and the person I worked with was very friendly. It was comfortable and fully stocked with any tools we needed! The keyless code made it super easy as well. Great location, great house. I will definitely be booking this again for next year. Worth noting, the oven was locked closed and the fan on. We could not figure out how to unlock it.

We’re glad the Beall Park Bungalow served you well during the Ice Festival! Thanks for taking care of it and letting us know about the oven – it’s scheduled to be replaced tomorrow. See you next time, Paul Bozeman Cottage
A fabulous experience
My husband and son came to visit for the MSU/ Missoula game and to visit our son. The house was great! Charming, comfortable, lots of light, and close to Main Street so we could walk to dinner. I would definitely recommend it.
