I new when I saw374/nightly for 2bd/2bth condo that this was way too high but unfortunately I was desperate and this was a short notice booking. The owner upped prices for MSU parents’ weekend. The worst air bnb I’ve ever had!

Response From: Paul House

This was a most unfortunate experience for us as well, primarily due to dog hair and dog impacts from your service animal that necessitated laundering of all bedding and blankets and carpet cleaning. Our rates only change by summer or winter and were not increased for the busy weekend, unlike hotels. I manage 22 Airbnbs and have been an Airbnb Superhost for 15 years and havew managed vacation rentals here in my hometown of Bozeman for 25 years. Rarely have I seen such disregard for a property as happened during Mary's stay.

This townhouse is, was, an allergy free place for guests who need clean lodging and it is kept immaculately clean. Mary's dog was on the furniture, used throw blankets for dog beds, and soiled the wool carpets which had just been professionally cleaned. Beware of this guest, I deeply regret allowing her reservation. Instead of taking responsibility and upholding the service dog code of ethics Mary is mad because we requested partial reimbursement.

This Home feels cozy, nicely decorated. clean and well stocked: Paul feels like a professional host and we benefited by his attention to detail. We loved having a garage and there are miles of walking trails and a golf course right down the street. You will be just 6 minutes or so to downtown Bozeman and 15 minutes to Bridger Bowl.

We had a few questions for Paul and and he responded immediately.

Very tidy and lovely condo/home equipped with everything you need. Great beds and nice bathrooms and lots of additional extra touches like luxurious blankets and a fully stocked kitchen. This, plus the 30 minute drive to Bridger ski area and the 44" of new snow that fell this week made our vacation WONDERFUL! Thank you, Paul!!!

We stayed at the Legend’s Luxury Townhouse during August 2020 and loved every minute! It was our second time to stay there and even during the pandemic things were still perfect!. The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a stay in Bozeman. Comfy beds, a well stocked pantry and kitchen, several varieties of tea, plush towels and a lovely front porch all add to the condo’s charm. It is immaculately clean, close to town, has easy access to hiking trails and is central to many of the Montana state parks. This condo is a gem!!

Legend's is a wonderful luxury townhouse located a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Bozeman. The house is spotless and well maintained, with a wonderful kitchen with a full cadre of utensils, pots, pans, glassware and dishes. The front porch is wonderful for sitting outside to enjoy the evenings and also has a gas grill. There is also a washer and dryer in the home. One of the benefits in staying in this location are the walking trails that are available steps from the front door. There are endless paths to explore and the "M" and "drinking horse" hikes are nearby.

Getting in and out was very easy and Paul was great to work with. I highly recommend this property.

This was our second stay at Legend's Luxury Townhouse. We have used it as "home base" for some days of fishing. (A shout out to Montana Anglers for wonderful guides) We find the townhouse to be very comfortable, REALLY well appointed with anything you might have forgotten at home, centrally located, easy to downtown or out of town, and always clean. As silly as this may sound we especially love having use of the spacious garage- there is always a place to park, and it is a fantastic place to hang waders, dry boots, and store gear. The neighborhood is beautiful, with walking paths for a quick morning walk before heading out for the day. We will stay again!

My husband and I stayed at the Bozeman Cottage from August 22 to September 5 while visiting family in the area. We have stayed at many vacation rentals in the Bozeman area over the course of the last twenty years and this one is by far the most exceptional! Paul has thought of everything to make his guests comfortable and “at home”. The condo is spotless and well maintained. All furnishings, appliances and linens are top shelf. The kitchen has plenty of spices, lots of coffee and teas and excellent cookware. The condo is located in a quiet area close to gorgeous walking trails as well as hiking possibilities at the M and Drinking Horse. Stay here- you won’t regret it!!

"The townhome was perfect!"

We were in town for some spring fly fishing. Renting in Bozeman allowed us more flexibility with which streams and rivers to fish. The townhome was perfect! Loved having access to the garage not only for pulling the car in, but for drying out waders and boots. The kitchen was probably the best stocked kitchen we have used in a rental. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We highly recommend it! One suggestion: a listing of channels for the tv would have been helpful. We had to channel surf. Maybe there is one in the unit... but we couldn't find one. As a side note: try the coffee shop on the corner of Rouse and Oak... only about a mile from the unit. All of there bakery items are fresh baked in house, and what we tried was excellent!

We stayed here at the Legends Luxury Townhouse Feb. 6-9, 2019. It was a very cozy well stocked unit. Entrance thru the garage was a real plus during the recent cold and snowy weather. The floor heating system worked marvelously! We also enjoyed the gas fireplace.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Bozeman Cottage. It is located in a beautiful, new complex that is conveniently located close to town. It is quiet and safe. You can walk to nearby trails and Bridger Creek Golf Course. Paul has thought of everything that will make your stay enjoyable - kitchen loaded with supplies, utensils, teas, spices, full size washer/dryer with detergents, bedrooms on opposite sides of unit for more privacy, patio with gas grill, surround sound, quality linens, garage parking. This property was spotless and clean. Paul was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Highly recommend!

We have stayed here twice, once in spring and once in winter. It is a very nice townhouse and well stocked with the things you don't think about, but appreciate. (Like coffee, tea, staples like sugar and oil, every kind of pan or utensil you might need, and even tools.) It has a large garage, particularly helpful in the winter. It is a great place to start from for a walk up the river, or a trip to Bridger Bowl. It isn't in the main part of town, but isn't far from downtown.

We rented this property for 17 nights Aug/Sept 2013, and it was excellent! I would highly recommend it. The property description was very accurate. A well stocked kitchen and very comfortable bedding was provided, and I found the management company to be extremely accommodating. It was clean and in a perfect location surrounded by walking trails and sidewalks. If you have an opportunity to stay there, DON'T MISS IT!
