A Beautiful Perspective on Bozeman

The Lindley Park Cottage has just been completely remodeled and became available in August 2010. The location and the house itself are exquisite. The clear waters of Sourdough Creek run through, just beyond the back fence. Bogert Park is on the other side of the bridge. The house is in an especially quiet part of Bozeman, on a dead end street just 4 blocks to Bozeman’s downtown. Cross the bridge and you’re at Bogart Park’s weekly farmer’s market, also home to Bozeman’s only outdoor public pool, and a large park with playground and summer band concerts. Lindley Park, home to the Sweet Pea Festival, and Pete’s Hill trails and recreation area overlooking town is just two blocks away on the other side of Bogart Park. And with Montana State University and the Museum of the Rockies just 15 blocks away, you won’t even need to get in the car to enjoy the town’s splendors.

The cottage has beautifully refinished hardwood floors, brand new kitchen and bathrooms, and a covered back porch on the way to the yard complete with a fire pit. The pictures say it all, this house has been in the family for three generations and has just been fully redone, inside and out.

On the main level, enjoy the large dining room with bright, south-facing windows, the stunning, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, and convenient laundry room. On this level resides the master bedroom and exquisitely tiled master bath, with footed tub and beautiful furnishing.

The basement level is full of daylight with large windows and high ceilings. It contains a large family room with entertainment station, two bedrooms (queen and full-size beds), and a split bathroom.

There is a tv den off of the kitchen area which also has a full size sleeper sofa. The main tv is downstairs (both have Charter cable) with new leather reclining couches. The house has Charter wifi for super fast, reliable service.

The kithen has a Euro drawer fridge with two undercounter drawers, and there is a full size fridge/freezer in the laundry room downstairs.

A Wonderful Family Home in Bozeman ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent a week celebrating a wedding in Bozeman and Lindley Place Cottage was the perfect home base for our extended family…spacious, comfortable and very attractive. Easy walking distance to downtown and to some great in-town walks. Backs up to a park and has a nice yard for children and for grownups….we are ready to plan our next stay!

Wonderful house and location ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay here. The house is walking distance from downtown Bozeman and is right by a nice creek and park. The house has plenty of space and was larger than I expected.

Best location in Bozeman★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for an authentic Bozeman experience, stay at this adorable cottage. It is only a few blocks from downtown, but is on an incredibly quiet non- through street. Behind the beautiful backyard is a picturesque creek with a foot bridge across it to a huge park. The house has been lovingly renovated, keeping all of the old touches of an original Bozeman home with a nice mix of antiques and newer pieces. The house is much larger than it appears, with a nice large central gathering area in the kitchen. The basement doesn’t really feel like a basement, as it has large windows on both sides. Plus it’s huge! As well as two big bedrooms downstairs, there are two extra beds in the big main open space. There’s also an extra room off the kitchen with a pull out sofa. The bathrooms and kitchen have been completely renovated and very nice. Every single visitor of ours walked in and immediately said “I wish I could buy this house – It’s perfect!” Bozeman Cottages, the property management company, was excellent! Great communication and service. I give this cottage my highest endorsement!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome setting in a great location We rented this lovely cottage on a visit to our daughter who lives in Bozeman. Had our older son, his wife and toddler with us. The house was newly remodeled, very clean with a nice big kitchen, dining area and a comfortable living room with instant heat on the chilly mornings from a gas fireplace. Very roomy with a great deck in the back where we relaxed in the sun and listened to the Bozeman Creek. Excellent location, right on the Gallagher Trail and close to Pete’s hill for a great morning run. The park right across the creek was a winner with my grandson. Walked to town and night for dinner, had an easter egg hunt in backyard Easter Sunday. Beds were all very comfortable and the owners really paid attention to details when furnishing the house. There were even lego blocks to entertain little ones and a gate to block the stairs. Will definitely rent again when we head back to Bozeman!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented this home for a family Christmas reunion. The property was better than the pictures and description can describe. The beds were comfy, the linens hig quality, everything was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect! We walked to down town in the snow to Main St. for dinner and the Art Stroll. The evening was just like a movie with Christmas lights and singers! The adult kids had a blast-skiing, shopping, sledding, coffeehouses right nearby and a great TV room downstairs to relax after a busy day.

The ONLY thing missing (very minor) was a cookie sheet. However, there was a Christmas tree stand on the porch which we used–how thoughtful!

Ski Family★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay at the Lindley Cottage! We usually always stay someplace different every time, but we would stay at Lindley Cottage again. We had a great time overall in Bozeman and skiing. Kudos to whoever remodeled the Cottage, from the cozy living room with fireplace, modern kitchen, updated bathrooms to comfortable beds, it was tastefully done. We enjoyed that it was close to downtown with easy parking for larger SUV. Two corners and you are on Rouse which takes you all the way to Bridger Bowl. We found everyone in Bozeman to be very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to another ski trip next winter. The property manager is very easy to work with.
