Wonderful Home Away From Home! Southside Cottage is a wonderfully appointed home. We felt comfortable the minute we walked in the door. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed. The home was furnished very nicely, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms spacious. The 2 levels also allowed for a nice separation should part of your family want some quiet space and the other not so quiet. It was perfect for our family traveling with teenagers! The area is quiet and a short walk to so many things; including MSU. Cooper Park (2 blocks away) is very heavy geared toward dogs, while a bonus for us, if you’re looking to picnic on the grass, maybe check out another park. There’s one with tennis courts just a few blocks down 5th. The Property Manager was quick to respond to any questions prior to our booking and immediately welcomed us (by text) after we checked in. Would highly recommend and would book again if ever in Bozeman. A real gem!

Convenient, spacious, neatly updated home in historic downtown Our family of four had a great stay at the south side cottage. It is a well appointed and freshly updated home with plenty of room for a family (or two). Two stories of living space allow plenty of privacy of you’re traveling with a mixed group. Very clean home, and a quaint, quiet neighborhood. Just a short 2-3 block walk down tree-lined streets to a beautiful park. Less than 10 minutes to Bozeman’s downtown Main Street. Property manager is very friendly and easy to work with.
