New architecturally designed home in a beautiful historic home – prime location on very quiet street in Bozeman’s historic district. Views of the mountains and close to Bozeman’s ‘Main Street to the Mountains’ trail system. No car needed! In just a few minutes walk you arrive downtown Bozeman at beautiful shops, restaurants, coffee houses, festivals, galleries, and Bozeman’s famous Community Food Co-Op Downtown (a deli, restaurant and food store).

Contemporary Furnished Home in Historic District

Great location and close to downtown, MSU, Lindley and Bogart Parks, and the hospital. Outside there is a large yard and a large outdoor deck accessed from kitchen.  Alley has parking for 2 cars and the street in front has more parking – both front and back doors have keyless entry. No pets.

UNIQUE AND LOFTY spaces throughout. Architecturally designed by Comma-Q to be modern yet maintain it’s historic integrity. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas with lots of natural light and french patio doors to the large deck and back yard. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor at the west/back end of the addition, each with a queen bed and closet. There is a full bathroom on the lower floor and a half bath on the main floor of the house.

Our DOWNTOWN LOCATION IS PERFECT because it is in a quiet tree-lined street in the historic district yet within EASY WALKING DISTANCE (a few blocks!) to Main Street where you’ll find a plethora of activity including a food coop for groceries, elegant and casual dining, trendy boutiques, art walks, music, coffeehouses, local ice cream, yoga, library, theatre, wine and cheese, breweries, rooftop taproom, farmers markets, cultural arts center, art galleries, theatre, and the many Bozeman festivals held year round in and around main street. Near to trails and Peet’s Hill for hiking and biking. One mile from the hospital to the east and a mile to MSU to the west.

HIGH CEILINGS & TALL WINDOWS CAPTURE SUNLIGHT.  Walls are crisp white and newly painted. Heat is hot water and very efficient from a new boiler. Main floor features gourmet kitchen with paper stone eating area, dining area with elegant Mexican table to seat eight and living room is open and accessible. There are ceiling fans for air circulation, and a/c in the upstairs bedroom.
