My family and I loved this house! The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could need for cooking a meal. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of extras around the house that were so helpful and convenient when traveling. House was very clean and impressively well maintained for its age. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a couple blocks walk to Main Street for shops and restaurants. And only 25 minutes to the ski slopes at Bridger Bowl. Great hiking trails nearby as well. We would love to come back!

Two of us had stayed at Paul’s home several years ago and were thrilled it was available for our recent stay in Bozeman. Paul is the consummate host. We five adults arrived at Beall Park Guest Cottage close to midnight. Paul had sent clear and comprehensive directions to his home from the airport and instructions for easy access. Welcoming lights were on and the five of us immediately felt at home and comfortable after a long day of travel. We all loved the beautiful and roomy interior, well stocked and functional kitchen, expansive backyard and available lawn games, quiet, lovely neighborhood and nearby park, and excellent location within walking distance of downtown - and of Wild Crumb Bakery to the north! “Perfect” said one of our group upon leaving.

We loved this house. It’s extremely charming, has a ton of vibe, unbeatable location just a short walk to main street with all the restaurants. Spacious and lots of light, super comfortable. This will be my first choice when coming back to Bozeman.

Was a great home with lots of space for our two families. Walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment. The back yard was great for relaxing and had a bbq. The house had everything we needed.

My husband and I have been staying with Bozeman cottages for the past 15 years on and off in the summers. Many summers ago we even had lunch with Paul once in our rental home after he had mowed our lawn. The service is very personable even as it has grown over time. The homes we have rented are always centrally located, clean, filled with local information to help us on our travels and excellent customer service with nice touches like fresh flowers and coffee. The prices are also very in line with other options. Thanks so much for the great hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beal Park Cottage. It is a perfect place for our large family. Our grandkids had fun playing in the back yard and in the park. We had a family song fest using the piano, and the kitchen was well equipped when we didn’t want to walk to several excellent nearby restaurants. We definitely hope to be able to stay again at this home.

We booked an extended stay to ski and visit family in the area. The house is in a great location and was very comfortable. All the beds were very comfy and it was super clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Paul was a very attentive host. It snowed a lot while we were there and the side walks were always shoveled for us. I would stay again and highly recommend!! The only thing that could make it better is a hot tub 🙂 Thank you!!!

Our Thanksgiving in Bozeman was unforgettable! The very well-appointed house made hosting a breeze as we gathered with family from Connecticut, Bozeman, New York, and Truckee, California.

We spent the holiday enjoying board games, puzzles, and delicious food, all in the comfort of this warm and welcoming space. The woodwork and high ceilings were stylish. It was fun watching people and their dogs in the park across the street. The mountain views were spectacular, from just about every window in the house!

Thank you for such a fantastic home for our stay. I'd love to come back in the summer to enjoy the enormous back yard!

We rented this property to host a large gathering of out-of-town family members. The house was perfect for the eight of us. It was situated close to Main Street, so we were able to walk many places. We hosted a party at the house, and the house was well stocked with glassware, plates, utensils and cookware. The large backyard was perfect for hosting outside, since the weather was good. Lovely home that we will definitely consider renting again for large family gatherings. Paul was super responsive when we had a few minor maintenance issues. Communication was easy and prompt.

We had two families, three adults and 3three teen boys stay for three nights. It was perfect. We cooked two nights on the BBQ and went out to eat the third. It had everything we needed to make dinner. The house was in a very convenient location to town and dropping the kids off at MSU. Paul communicated well. It was very clean as well. We will be back!

Book Paul’s place for a crew of 4. This worked out great. He was very accommodating, and the guys felt at home.

Definitely recommend and will try and book next time we have work in Gallatin County.

Beall Park Guest house has loads of historic Bozeman character and charm, as well as a great location within walking distance to the heart of downtown! The house has everything we needed including nice wine glasses, a piano and guitar!

Good place to stay, simple, everything was easy to find

Like all Bozeman Cottage rentals, this house has everything. Clean, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. The location is convenient to Main Street. We rarely used our car. The large dining room table was perfect for game nights.

We stayed here with two young kids, their parents, and their grandparents. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Totally kid friendly, room enough for everyone, and close to a park and all the downtown amenities. Paul was responsive and easy. One of the best places I’ve stayed. Will definitely try to stay again

The best part of this home was its perfect location. We were only two blocks from the downtown main street, which meant we were close to all the restaurants, cafes, and local shopping. The home was also just six blocks away from the local rodeo at the fairgrounds, which was a fantastic experience that we'll never forget. The airport was only 10 minutes away, which made our arrival and departure super easy.

The house was spacious, clean and well-stocked. We particularly appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook delicious meals for our family. The bedrooms were also very comfortable and provided ample space for us all to relax.

Overall, I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bozeman.

The house is in walking distance to downtown! Great location. Big enough for 8 of us to sleep comfortably! Fantastic backyard.

Awesome location! The house has a great atmosphere and Paul was excellent to work with. We will definitely look to stay again next time we’re in town.

We had a really great stay for a week in October. The house was very clean, spacious, and as advertised. It is an easy walk to just about everything downtown, and it is as close as an 8 minute drive to some nice hiking at the edge of the Bridger Mountains. We parked our rental car in the driveway, and there appeared to generally be plenty of street parking available. The house had all the things one would expect with some nice additions like some local coffee and soap products.

We had a crazy, early snowfall of about 16" in one day during our visit. Paul was out that day knocking snow out of the trees to prevent damage and clearing the sidewalk and driveway.

I would definitely recommend.

The house is spacious and well-stocked. The location is great and the neighborhood is nice. You can walk to many shops, restaurants and museums.
Communication with Paul and Antoinette was great, and we found the Bozeman guide on the webpage very helpful. I would definitely recommend this house.

Close to Downtown

NICE house, with great back yard

We spent a long weekend at the house with grandparents and adult kids for MSU graduation weekend. It was the perfect house for a large family gathering. The 4 upstairs bedrooms are large. The beds are super comfortable. The walk-in shower is convenient for older adults. The kitchen is remodeled and well-equipped for all cooking needs. The location is perfect for walking to downtown Bozeman to eat, shop and go out at night. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is much more beautiful in person, than in the online pictures.

Our family was fortunate enough to spend a week at the Beall House in early June. The location was walking distance to town and great walking around the neighborhood as well. We enjoyed the large trees, green grass, flowers, friendly neighbors and a couple of friendly cats too! Chris came by a few times to mow the lawn and give us fresh cut flowers for our stay. NICE!! Everything in the house was clean and well stocked. This is our second perfect stay through Bozeman Cottage vacation rentals ! Thanks again!

The house was wonderful. It was clean as a whistle, and had every amenity you could need. The kitchen was spotless, and very well equipped. The location is a homerun, being so close to Main Street and Beall Park.

This house was super easy to book and the person I worked with was very friendly. It was comfortable and fully stocked with any tools we needed! The keyless code made it super easy as well. Great location, great house. I will definitely be booking this again for next year.
Worth noting, the oven was locked closed and the fan on. We could not figure out how to unlock it.
