When you walk in the front door, the tall ceilings, large windows, and concrete floors set the tone of a new modern home. The main floor is open with two doors to the outside. The dining room table and extra chairs can expand to accommodate a large family gathering. The living room has a comfortable leather corner couch and comfortable sitting chair for relaxing and visiting, playing games or watching movies. There is a large tv with full cable service as well as state of the art Roku streaming options - bring your Netflix password and enjoy!
The kitchen has new composite countertops and all the amenities from home. Prepare meals with ease as it comes fully equipped with new appliances.
The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a large shower, plus an entrance to the upper, wrap around deck with views of the mountains and the surrounding area.
The daylight, roomy basement level has a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twins. There is a full bathroom downstairs, laundry machines, and a movie area with another large flat screen tv.
There is a nice small xeroscaped yard and open space with a large park just a block away. Our goal is for people to enjoy the home and their time together with friends and family.
A one car garage comes with the townhome which is especially nice in winter, and there is also street parking.
As with all Bozeman Cottage vacation rentals, this home is fully equipped with linens, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, dry goods (flour, sugar, etc), non-toxic body products, and comes with organic coffee & grinder. We also provide extensive local info on everything from where to buy real Montana meat & locally grown vegetables to great hiking trails, rafting links to restaurant coupons. We believe in local economies and know the best places!

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES. Any cancellation made 60 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the reservation deposit, less a cancellation fee of $100.
Any cancellation made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date shall be subject to a forfeiture of the Agreement payments (including the remaining balance payment), unless the Reservation Manager is able to re-rent the Premises for the reserved dates at an equivalent rate. If re-booking is successful then your refund will be the sum of the cleaning fee on your reservation, any bed tax applied to your reservation, and 90% of the make-up income amount, less the $100 cancellation fee.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which you will have the option to do during the reservation booking process, and can also be purchased up to 24 hours before you depart for your trip. Itravelinsured charges 6.95% of the rental amount.

All houses have drip coffee makers and coffee grinders- we also provide a starter pack of fresh, locally roasted Ghost Town coffee. We highly recommend trip insurance.

Cancellation policy for summer reservations of month or longer stays is 90 days. Reservation deposit for these reservations is 25% and non-refundable. Balance payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
TERMS OF PAYMENTS RESERVATION DEPOSIT. The 25% reservation deposit shall be paid to Bozeman Cottage, Inc. at the time of the reservation and will be held by the Reservation Manager to be applied toward the remaining balance. For reservations made within 30 days of your arrival date, the total amount is due unless other arrangements have been made.

I wish that you had asked for a late checkout as detailed in the instructions and house manual - it's almost always an option, especially in winter when we commonly have vacant nights, and we do our best to flex around peoples' schedules. 10am is just the standard time in case we need to get the house turned around for a same-day arrival.

Perfect homebase to explore Bozeman and the surrounding open spaces. An easy walk to Main St. for dining and shops. And easy on / off I90 for outdoor adventures. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Paul's place was wonderful. Incredibly clean, well decorated and overall gave a strong sense of calm and relaxation. Very easy to park and walk to town, tons of great restaurants and bars nearby. I really hope to be back at Paul's soon!
Our stay at Paul’s place was better than we could have hoped—walking distance to downtown, easy parking, exactly as advertised and then some (coffee, extra toilet paper and plenty of towels, blankets, pillows) and just an all-around great spot for being together. We were 6 adults of a wide range of ages and everyone felt super comfortable here! Would definitely stay again.
Totally loved staying here with a group of friends from east and west coast. Convenient to shopping, plenty of street parking and a garage. Nicely appointed and very comfortable.

This is a wonderful Tri-level unit, and although it’s furnished contemporary, it still has a cozy warmth. It’s in walking distance to restaurants, parks, and downtown shopping. My family enjoyed 5 great nights. This is a great find!
