The Fridley Cottage is stunningly remodeled and close to many of the other Bozeman Cottage offerings in the North Church historical district. It has recently been fully renovated with decorator furnishings, all new appliances and much more.
Fridley Cottage is managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, a small homegrown Bozeman company with over 20 years of experience. For more reviews and information, including a self-guided 3D walkthrough, search the name of the house plus the words Bozeman Cottage.
Rules: this is not a pet friendly home as we maintain a strict allergy free environment for guests and we don't use an harsh chemicals, perfumes, sprays. As such, no service animals or emotional support animals are allowed.
In 2017 a whole new addition was completed to provide a spacious living room right off the kitchen. The main floor has the primary bedroom (queen bed) and a full bath with shower, dining room, living room with gas fireplace, kitchen with pantry, and the backdoor leads out to the bbq deck and nicely landscaped outdoor space. The kitchen is fully outfitted with dishwasher, gas oven and stove, soap stone countertops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and microwave.
Downstairs is a large bedroom with a queen bed as well as a twin bed, and a full bath with tub/shower. There is also a full laundry room downstairs with a new washer and dryer.
-Living room appointments include a new sofa set, cow hide rug, flat screen TV with streaming and basic cable, and CD player. Of course there is internet/wireless and a gas bbq grill handily located on the back deck. We have included coffee, tea, spices, paper products, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, soap, hair dryer, linens and towels. For those travelling with kids we have a pack-n-play for your use. We use luxurious and non-toxic EO brand shampoo and body products.
Sure to please, Fridley Cottage is located in a quiet, historic Bozeman neighborhood, a short walk from downtown and only 8 miles from the airport. The house is south facing and quiet and the large yard has lots of shade and
plenty of lawn.
This cottage is close to many of the other Bozeman Cottage offerings in the North Church historical district. Northside Modern Farmhouse, Garden Cottage, Northside Hideaway, and Quilt Cottage are all just a block away for larger groups.
As with all Bozeman Cottage houses, the Fridley Cottage is equipped with a drip style coffee maker, coffee grinder, a starter pack of fresh, local coffee, linens, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, dry goods (flour, sugar, etc), EO brand non-toxic body products, and comes with organic coffee & grinder. We also provide extensive local info on everything from where to buy real Montana meat & locally grown vegetables to great hiking trails, rafting links to restaurant coupons. We believe in local economies and know the best places!
The Fridley Cottage is a licensed and permitted tourist home facility through the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, License # 304688. City of Bozeman Short Term Rental Permit STR20-00222.

Cancellation Policy
All houses have drip coffee makers and coffee grinders- we also provide a starter pack of fresh, locally roasted Ghost Town coffee. We highly recommend trip insurance.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES. Any cancellation made 60 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the reservation deposit, less a cancellation fee of $100.
Any cancellation made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date shall be subject to a forfeiture of the Agreement payments (including the remaining balance payment), unless the Reservation Manager is able to re-rent the Premises for the reserved dates at an equivalent rate. If re-booking is successful then your refund will be the sum of the cleaning fee on your reservation, any bed tax applied to your reservation, and 70% of the make-up nightly rental income amount.
Cancellation policy for summer reservations of month or longer stays is 90 days. Reservation deposit for these reservations is 25% and non-refundable. Balance payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Deposit Policy
TERMS OF PAYMENTS RESERVATION DEPOSIT. The 25% reservation deposit shall be paid to Bozeman Cottage, Inc. at the time of the reservation and will be held by the Reservation Manager to be applied toward the remaining balance. For reservations made within 30 days of your arrival date, the total amount is due unless other arrangements have been made.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

Wow! What an amazing place. Everything you could ever need stashed in a beautiful home. Close to downtown for walking. Close to epic hiking. Quite. Clean. Charming. It was everything we hoped for. Flower deliver on Friday. I’m already ready to book for next year.
Such a lovely place and a great base from which to explore Bozeman. It's very walkable to Main Street and such a sweet little neighborhood. The place is lovely - a super well appointed kitchen and a lovely gas fireplace to wind down the day.

My son and I stayed at Fridley Cottage for four night after he was recovering from surgery. It is a lovely place, very clean and well appointed. Nice location, easy to find and close to downtown. Paul (I'm guessing the manager) was great and responded to emails and texts immediately. I definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fidley cottage in downtown Bozeman. It's location allowed us to walk to everything we needed in the town. We enjoyed taking the Galigator Trail near the house to get to the university area. The cottage was adorable, updated, clean and well stocked. There were even fresh flowers for us during our stay. Paul was so helpful and reachable for places to go, mountain bike information for our 16 y/o son, great places to eat and things to see. This is my 3rd trip to Bozeman in 2019. I know we will be back, and we now know where we will stay each time to make our trip perfect.

Drove up from Idaho for our 30th wedding anniversary and to visit evan who is learning to fly at Gallatin College/MSU.
16" at Bridger was the cherry on top! Loved walking to the Cateye Cafe for breakfast and dinners at Dave's Sushi and Cafe Fresco. Very memorable trip.... we'll be back.

Just a few short years ago we stayed at the cottage when we moved our son into MSU. Fast forward and here we are again to see him graduate. We've stayed at Fridley a few time in between. We always enjoy our stay here. Great house, perfect size for us, and the location in Bozeman is nice. If we find our way back to Bozeman, Fridley Cottage will be tops on our list of places to stay!
