Large 3 bedroom, 2 bath, superb location on Bozeman Creek, next to Bogart Park, near outdoor city pool and downtown - all on a dead end street! Great yard with Bozeman Creek running just behind the fence, off-street parking, front porch, back deck, fully remodeled in 2015, laundry room, Sprectrum Wifi.

The Lindley Place Cottage has been completely restored. The location and the house itself are exquisite, with Sourdough Creek just over the back fence, Bogart Park on the other side of the bridge, and on a dead end street just 4 blocks to Bozeman's downtown. Just walk across the bridge and you're at Bogart Park's weekly farmers market, also home to Bozeman's only outdoor public pool, and a large park with playground and summer band concerts.
Lindley Park, home to the Sweet Pea Festival, and Pete's Hill trails and recreation area overlooking town is just two more blocks away. And with Montana State University and the Museum of the Rockies just 15 blocks away, you won't even need to get in the car to enjoy the town's splendors.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and beautifully refinished hardwood floors, new kitchen, bathrooms, and a covered back porch on the way to the yard complete with a fire pit. The pictures say it all, this house has been in the family for three generations and was completely redone in 2015, inside and out. The basement has generous 8 foot ceilings and is full of daylight with large windows, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large family with tv and leather sectional sofas, and a laundry room with extra full size refrigerator/freezer. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, and one has a full size bed.
There is a tv den off of the kitchen area which also has a full size sleeper sofa. The main tv is downstairs (both have Charter cable) with new leather reclining couches. The house has Charter wifi for super fast, reliable service.
The kitchen has a Euro drawer fridge with two undercounter drawers, and there is a full size fridge/freezer in the laundry room downstairs.
As with all Bozeman Cottage houses, the Lindley Place Cottage is equipped with a drip style coffee maker, coffee grinder, a starter pack of fresh, local coffee, linens, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, dry goods (flour, sugar, etc), EO brand non-toxic body products, and comes with organic coffee & grinder. We also provide extensive local info on everything from where to buy real Montana meat & locally grown vegetables to great hiking trails, rafting links to restaurant coupons. We believe in local economies and know the best places!

Cancellation Policy
All houses have drip coffee makers and coffee grinders- we also provide a starter pack of fresh, locally roasted Ghost Town coffee. We highly recommend trip insurance.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES. Any cancellation made 60 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the reservation deposit, less a cancellation fee of $100.
Any cancellation made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date shall be subject to a forfeiture of the Agreement payments (including the remaining balance payment), unless the Reservation Manager is able to re-rent the Premises for the reserved dates at an equivalent rate. If re-booking is successful then your refund will be the sum of the cleaning fee on your reservation, any bed tax applied to your reservation, and 70% of the make-up nightly rental income amount.
Cancellation policy for summer reservations of month or longer stays is 90 days. Reservation deposit for these reservations is 25% and non-refundable. Balance payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Deposit Policy
TERMS OF PAYMENTS RESERVATION DEPOSIT. The 25% reservation deposit shall be paid to Bozeman Cottage, Inc. at the time of the reservation and will be held by the Reservation Manager to be applied toward the remaining balance. For reservations made within 30 days of your arrival date, the total amount is due unless other arrangements have been made.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

We really enjoyed the Lindley Place Cottage. It was very clean, well stocked, and the beds/linens are quite comfortable. The location is fantastic, close to town in a quiet neighborhood. The banana bread from your sweet treats menu was delicious. We will definitely book with you again if/when we return to Bozeman! Thanks Paul and Gabby!

Paul’s place was perfectly located allowing us to walk downtown and explore the surrounding area. We were able to do a day trip to Yellowstone. The home was clean, spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.

The home is pristine and in a great section of Bozeman. The neighborhood is like being transported back to 1900. The house backs up to a park with access to a walking trail. The trail traverses a ridge with spectacular views of the town. We were able to walk downtown in 10 minutes and enjoy all that Bozeman has. The whole vibe in the home is tranquility, nostalgia and comfort. I highly recommend it.

Very spacious and comfortable, nice neighborhood.
Bozeman Cottage and Paul are simply exceptional! You truly cannot beat the location and Paul’s communication is superb.
The cottage was not only as expected from the images and reviews, but even better in person. Everything is prepared for an exceptional stay and I lacked nothing minus a short and close trip to the grocery store.
Whether walking to downtown, or the Main St to Mountains Trail system or even the Tuesday evening Farmer’s Market, the location is the best. The sweet ambiance of the creek in the back or the lovely wooded street in the front - it is just picturesque.
I will look forward to visiting Bozeman and the surrounding area again as 10 days simply flew by and rest assured, my stay will be at the Bozeman Cottage.

Gracious, beautiful home with spacious backyard. We loved the open layout, wood floors, vast and well-stocked kitchen, backyard fire-pit with a river running through it! Perfect for three of us attending a workshop at WSU. Paul was immediately responsive and helpful on check-in and -out. We would love to return.

Paul's place is minutes walking distance from all the downtown Bozeman restaurants and main street, as well a number of trails that head off from the city to the mountains. The house was very comfortable, spacious and clean - with a lovely backyard to lounge in you're there when it's warm. Last and most important - Paul was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, detailed with responses to questions and asks for suggestions. Happy to recommend his place wholeheartedly.

This is the best house and location for kids!!! We have a 3 year old and 6 year old and they couldn’t have been happier! Right behind the best park and trail system. A must stay if you are traveling to Bozeman with kids. The house is stocked with everything you need and Paul was amazing with his quick responses when needed. Thank you again, Paul!

Thank you for providing a fantastic home base for us country mice and city mice in our group. We walked into town for many amazing meals but could easily get out into Nature. Highlights - Blackbird Kitchen, Little Star Diner, Plonk for cocktails. Hiking in Hyalite Canyon was accessible and suited varied experience levels. Biking the Galligator trai right out the back door was also an easy and fun activity. Lots more to do on our next trip.

What a beautiful home! We had such a lovely visit here with extended family and everything was so perfect! From the fully stocked home to the close proximity of walking to downtown, parks, awesome restaurants and a short drive to the mountains. Excellent all around! We plan on booking here again in the summer and yearly..such an enjoyable stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this great cottage. Close to Main Street with its shops and restaurants. Also close by are some great hiking trails. The house had everything you need to cook for your MSU student and lots of room to hang out, play games and sleep. The owner, Paul, was very thoughtful with our needs and informative with local activities and rentals. This is a must rent home!

Date of arrival
We rented this home for a family Christmas reunion. The property was better than the pictures and description can describe. The beds were comfy, the linens hig quality, everything was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect! We walked to down town in the snow to Main St. for dinner and the Art Stroll. The evening was just like a movie with Christmas lights and singers! The adult kids had a blast-skiing, shopping, sledding, coffeehouses right nearby and a great TV room downstairs to relax after a busy day.
The ONLY thing missing (very minor) was a cookie sheet. However, there was a Christmas tree stand on the porch which we used--how thoughtful!
