Two years in a row the property has delivered everything and more than expected. The home owner makes you feel at home when you are in Bozemen, MT. Great home and great amenities are why we stay at this property every time we are in Bozeman. Hands down the best rental ever!!

Great renovation. Comfortable convenient and far more pleasant then a hotel!

This place was fantastic. So close to Main Street with all the restaurants and evening activity. Far enough away that you could have a quiet evening. Easy to get to interstate and go explore!

Pauls place was just what we where looking for our stay in Bozeman! Location was perfect and the house had everything we needed for a great weekend geteaway. Paul was awesome host as well responded quickly and everything was as it was supposed to be. Highly recommend!

Nice clean house and the beds are really comfortable. Loved the shower. Great location, close to everything. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and downtown. We really didn’t need the rental car after all. Great communication as well. Paul is so kind and he even brings flowers for the guests.

Peach Street is now our fave spot to stay in Bozeman. We've been visiting regularly for over 30 years and have stayed in all sorts of spots. This one feels most like home. All the little things are taken care of. And the location makes this the clear winner in our book.

if it's a summer visit try and keep blinds and windows closed during the day time hours to keep the home cool.

This home is perfect...all the comforts of home and then some! The kitchen was well stocked which makes it so nice! Everything was clean and ready to enjoy our stay....beds comfortable and main shower fabulous and the decor was so fun and eclectic. I would encourage anyone to make the choice of renting this home. And you're close to the downtown...What more could you ask for?

Paul was a wonderful host! The house is perfect for family or a group of friends. Great little backyard with seating for those warm, summery days. The hot tub is in a protected space, so perfect for cold, windy nights. Internet was fast and reliable. Highly recommend!

This place is in such a great location for morning walks exploring the downtown area. Also very centralized for other day adventures. The house is cute, kitchen is new and well stocked with cookware. Beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of storage. The patio area in the back is cute, and I would love to come back in the warmer months when flowers are blooming in planters. Close to parks for dog walking. Good off street parking. Paul is a great communicator. I feel like we knew exactly what to expect before we arrived.

Fabulous location. Friendly neighborhood. Thoughtful amenities and modern appliances. Comfy beds and linens. Loved waking up to the birds, and eating outside on the back deck. A cozy, charming cottage within walking distance to town. Paul even dropped off fresh duck eggs!!! I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed for a week at the end of February. The area received 26" of snow just before I landed so the skiing was spectacular. The Peach House was the perfect location for me with one daughter on Tracy two blocks away and another over by MSU. We split our skiing between Bridger, Big Sky and local cross country trails. We tried new coffee shops and breweries every day. We also managed to get in a few winter hikes and listened to live music at the hot springs. The accommodations at the Peach House were pristine. The beds are large and comfortable, a shower to die for and very well furnished living room, kitchen and dining area.

The Peach House was super comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped; the bathrooms and bedrooms and bedding were all very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The paintings and art work is neat and the living space was comfortable. We didn't use the hot tub, though we noticed it worked well and was clean. The washer and drier were perfect.
Four of us stayed there and it could have fit a fifth person. All really comfortable!

We were in town to visit our son for a week over Thanksgiving and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at the Peach house. Very comfy and well-appointed home in a good location. The communication before and during our stay was excellent, with Paul responding almost instantaneously to any inquiry. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, and even shoveled the walkway after a 2-3" snowfall.
The hot tub was a nice bonus and worked just fine. Our son is going to be in Bozeman for at least the next 5 years and I know we will be renting from Paul again!

We loved the Peach House! Super easy to walk to downtown; easy to drive to MSU, Bridger, Walmart for groceries, and anywhere else. The hot tub was a definite perk, as was the covered parking. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We loved our stay at the Peach House. Very comfortable accommodations; great kitchen and I loved the hot tub. We really liked how close we were to downtown. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Bozeman with easy access to downtown and to the interstate. Paul is a very accessible and gracious host!

Peach House was a very comfortable base for our visit to our sons at MSU. Full kitchen enabled us to enjoy meals with them and their friends. Ordinarily, it would be easy walking distance to town, but early Feb. 2014 was a little chilly for that. Still, very convenient. Thank you for having us!

We had a comfortable stay while visiting our college student at MSU. Bozeman is a small town so nothing is very far away.
