North Church Alley Access Passive Solar Office Space
Bright and cozy 161 sq ft free-standing structure with wood floors, American Clay walls, vaulted wood ceiling with fan, sliding glass door on south side for winter solar gain. There is a nice south facing deck with full winter sun. Constructed of SIPS (structurally integrated panels) for floor, walls, and ceiling, this little space stays very warm and is quiet inside. All materials used in the construction of this demonstration Nano House were purchased new in 2012 so it could be easily replicated. The house sits on 6×6 skids so no foundation work was necessary; electrical service is one 20 amp breaker, and there is no water. Construction photos are shown here:

Available as a month to month (3 month minimum) office/studio space for $250/mo plus metered electrical usage. Wireless network reaches the office from the main house. Comes with new wood stove, couch, window blinds, toaster oven and metal rack, some storage shelving, and keyless entry door lock. There is off-alley parking next to the house.
