The Bozeman Retreat-A is just seven blocks from downtown and only a few blocks from midtown Bozeman and is occupied by the owner for the majority of the year. We also have a year-round 1-bedroom vacation rental in the front of the house called the Bozeman Retreat. Guests have full access to the entire space including the back yard and private alley-accessed parking. There are no shared spaces.
This new highly efficient contemporary custom home features a full kitchen, local TV, Roku, WiFi, stereo with Bluetooth, keyless entry, washer, dryer, coffee maker, filtered water, in-floor heat, new appliances, and welcoming decor. There is plenty of off-street parking and the retreat is easy to get to and from wherever your travels might take you.
The Bozeman Retreat-A is in the 'old' or original part of Bozeman. Homes in this area are a mix of original homes that were built in the 1930's to new homes like the Retreat. There is an elementary school a few blocks to the west. Downtown is five to seven blocks away. Bozeman Midtown is a growing area and this is about five blocks away. The street is quite with really not much more traffic than residential.
