We also have a year-round 1-bedroom vacation rental in the front of the house called the Bozeman Retreat. Guests have full access to the entire space including the back yard and private alley-accessed parking. There are no shared spaces.

There is an elementary school a few blocks to the west. Downtown is five to seven blocks away. Bozeman Midtown is a growing area and this is about five blocks away. The street is quite with really not much more traffic than residential.
