Cooper Park Nest is a brand new over-the-garage high ceiling apartment in a prime location, just far enough from Main Street and in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a few minutes walk to stores, organic food coop, a great bagel shop, classic old Bozeman bars, and more.
Rules: this is not a pet friendly home as we maintain a strict allergy free environment for guests and we don't use an harsh chemicals, perfumes, sprays. As such, no service animals or emotional support animals are allowed.
The Nest has a spacious living/cooking/eating area with huge windows, and the adjoining bedroom has a queen bed, full bathroom with shower, and fully equipped laundry room. Everything is brand new as of Summer 2023 and now available for occupancy. There is a full size fridge, gas stove, dishwasher and all the amenities. As with all Bozeman Cottage rentals, this unit is fully supplied with EO bath products, laundry detergent sheets, and a full set of pots, pans, cooking gear, and utensils.
Parking is next to the garage and please note that the landscaping for the lot has yet to be completed so the Nest is being offered at a discount. Price includes a cleaning every 2 weeks during your stay. Minimum rental period is 30 days, with 90 days as a maximum stay limit.
The Nest is above the detached garage of the main house on the property which the owners use when they are in town.
The Cooper Park Nest is managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, a small homegrown Bozeman company with over 20 years of experience. For reviews and information, search the name of the house plus the words Bozeman Cottage.

Cancellation Policy
All houses have drip coffee makers and coffee grinders- we also provide a starter pack of fresh, locally roasted Ghost Town coffee. We highly recommend trip insurance.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES. Any cancellation made 60 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the reservation deposit, less a cancellation fee of $100.
Any cancellation made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date shall be subject to a forfeiture of the Agreement payments (including the remaining balance payment), unless the Reservation Manager is able to re-rent the Premises for the reserved dates at an equivalent rate. If re-booking is successful then your refund will be the sum of the cleaning fee on your reservation, any bed tax applied to your reservation, and 70% of the make-up nightly rental income amount.
Cancellation policy for summer reservations of month or longer stays is 90 days. Reservation deposit for these reservations is 25% and non-refundable. Balance payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Deposit Policy
TERMS OF PAYMENTS RESERVATION DEPOSIT. The 25% reservation deposit shall be paid to Bozeman Cottage, Inc. at the time of the reservation and will be held by the Reservation Manager to be applied toward the remaining balance. For reservations made within 30 days of your arrival date, the total amount is due unless other arrangements have been made.
