When you walk in the front door, the tall ceilings, large windows, and concrete floors set the tone of a this stout home. The main floor is open with a back door to a bbq patio and semi-private rear entrance. The kitchen has granite and composite counter-tops and all the amenities from home. Prepare meals with ease as it comes fully equipped with new appliances and a great supply of cookware, dinnerware, spices and dry goods.
The dining room table and extra chairs can accommodate a large family gathering of 8-10 people. The living room has a comfortable seating and sitting chairs for relaxing and visiting, playing games or watching movies.
The main floor has a queen bedroom and a full bathroom in addition to the kitchen, living and dining areas.
Going upstairs from the kitchen/living room floor brings you to the primary bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom with a walk in shower as well as a large bathtub, and a large walk in closet. There is also access to the upper deck which wraps around with views of the Bridger Mountains, outdoor seating, and a gas fireplace to enjoy the evenings and star gazing.
Just across the street is Beall Park which is a full city block of space with a basketball hoop, playground, and a nice event center which you can rent very reasonably from the City of Bozeman. In winter the park becomes an ice rink. Our goal is for people to enjoy the home and their time together with friends and family.
As with all Bozeman Cottage vacation rentals, this home is fully equipped with a drip style coffee maker, coffee grinder, a starter pack of fresh, local coffee, linens, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, dry goods (flour, sugar, etc), EO brand non-toxic body products, and comes with organic coffee & grinder. We also provide extensive local info on everything from where to buy real Montana meat & locally grown vegetables to great hiking trails, rafting links to restaurant coupons. We believe in local economies and know the best places!

Cancellation Policy
All houses have drip coffee makers and coffee grinders- we also provide a starter pack of fresh, locally roasted Ghost Town coffee. We highly recommend trip insurance.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES. Any cancellation made 60 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the reservation deposit, less a cancellation fee of $100.
Any cancellation made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date shall be subject to a forfeiture of the Agreement payments (including the remaining balance payment), unless the Reservation Manager is able to re-rent the Premises for the reserved dates at an equivalent rate. If re-booking is successful then your refund will be the sum of the cleaning fee on your reservation, any bed tax applied to your reservation, and 70% of the make-up nightly rental income amount.
Cancellation policy for summer reservations of month or longer stays is 90 days. Reservation deposit for these reservations is 25% and non-refundable. Balance payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Deposit Policy
TERMS OF PAYMENTS RESERVATION DEPOSIT. The 25% reservation deposit shall be paid to Bozeman Cottage, Inc. at the time of the reservation and will be held by the Reservation Manager to be applied toward the remaining balance. For reservations made within 30 days of your arrival date, the total amount is due unless other arrangements have been made.

We were fortunate enough to rent the Bozeman Birdhouse for 12 days over the Christmas 2023 Hoiiday season. Our son lives in Bozeman and couldn’t get off work so we decided to bring Christmas to him and the Birdhouse provided a great surrogate home for us to celebrate as a family. The house was well appointed with most things you need to cook and the beds were super comfy . We especially liked the big center table to have nice dinners and to play cards and board games together. The house is perfectly located to where you can walk into town or take a quick drive to go hi hiking, skiing or cross country skiing . We were extremely happy with the house and have many happy memories to hold onto. Thank you for sharing this treasure of a house .
This is the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. There was plenty of space and is immaculate. It’s also a great location to walk back and forth to Main Street. Would stay again!

Such a perfect place for a family of 5 to ski, hang out, eat, and connect. Paul was great; he communicated with me very well and fixed one tiny issue (a slow drain) within hours. I loved the house, and a bathroom on each level was very convenient. I hope to be back next year! Thanks Paul!

Loved that it was so close to downtown and has a hot tub for soaking away the chills! Love all the space this place offers for cozy hangs, cooking and games. Drank all the alcohol and tea Bozeman had to offer and loved it.

We have stayed here may times in the last 10 years when this property was managed by others. This property never disappoints us. We had family members join us from 80+ years all the way to a 3 1/2 year old. We loved having games available, books to read and a park nearby. We met some delightful neighbors and their dogs. we didn't use the hot tub this time but have in the past. We enjoyed sunny days on the roof tho. Thanks for everything! Hopefully we will be back this fall.

I give this a 5 out of 5 star rating! Great place to stay. The home is warm and comfortable. The multi levels offer privacy while the first level kitchen and living room create a group gathering place. Our favorite feature was the close proximity to downtown Bozeman. The roof top deck offers views and place to chill on a nice day. Will be back!
