This restored historic home is all new on the inside and has a nice back yard and patio to boot. It's between MSU and downtown, and just 2 blocks from the Community Food Coop.

Rules: this is not a pet friendly home as we maintain a strict allergy free environment for guests and we don't use an harsh chemicals, perfumes, sprays. As such, no service animals or emotional support animals are allowed.
Modern and bright remodel with all new furnishings, appliances, and fixtures! Fully equipped two bedroom, one bath home with on and off street parking, nice back yard, and spacious storage shed for gear. The interior is very well designed to maximize use of space, giving closet space to each bedroom and plenty of storage. The kitchen is outfitted with all soft-close cabinet doors and drawers, all new high end appliances, and a very nice working area for any meal you wish to create. The side door leads straight from the kitchen to the tidy back yard with bbq grill and patio with table and chairs. There's access to the alley and parking space through the side gate, and a nice, new storage area is secure-able to keep your gear and outdoor toys handy and dry.
The living room has a new flatscreen tv with wifi and Spectrum streaming cable, and there's an antique secretary desk for a bit of work time. The dining seats four people with more seating for four more at the bar. All of the furniture is new and very comfortable and the whole house has been designed and outfitted for vacation rental use.
Each bedroom has a plush, new queen bed, dresser, side lights, windows looking out to the back yard, and closet space with room for one to four adults or a small family. The house has lots of light from all new windows and new flooring throughout. It is super insulated to keep you warm or cool depending on the season, and it has central AC and heat.
The bathroom has a beautiful glass block wall and a tub/shower and as with all Bozeman Cottage houses is supplied with non-toxic EO brand shampoo and body products which are refilled to eliminate packaging waste.
Downstairs is where you'll find the Maytag machines and a large open, painted floor for organizing and storing belongings.
This is a great location being just 3 blocks to Cooper Park with it's ancient trees and two square blocks of space. MSU is just 5 blocks south, and downtown Bozeman is 5 blocks towards the east. In short, this house has everything you'll need to create great memories!
As with all Bozeman Cottage vacation rentals, the Beall Park Bungalow is fully equipped with a drip style coffee maker, coffee grinder, a starter pack of fresh, local coffee, linens, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, dry goods (flour, sugar, etc), EO brand non-toxic body products, and comes with organic coffee & grinder. We also provide extensive local info on everything from where to buy real Montana meat & locally grown vegetables to great hiking trails, rafting links to restaurant coupons. We believe in local economies and know the best places!
The West Olive Cottage is a licensed and permitted tourist home facility through the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, License # 315560. City of Bozeman Short Term Rental Permit #STR20-00016.

Cancellation Policy
All houses have drip coffee makers and coffee grinders- we also provide a starter pack of fresh, locally roasted Ghost Town coffee. We highly recommend trip insurance.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES. Any cancellation made 60 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the reservation deposit, less a cancellation fee of $100.
Any cancellation made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date shall be subject to a forfeiture of the Agreement payments (including the remaining balance payment), unless the Reservation Manager is able to re-rent the Premises for the reserved dates at an equivalent rate. If re-booking is successful then your refund will be the sum of the cleaning fee on your reservation, any bed tax applied to your reservation, and 70% of the make-up nightly rental income amount.
Cancellation policy for summer reservations of month or longer stays is 90 days. Reservation deposit for these reservations is 25% and non-refundable. Balance payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Deposit Policy
TERMS OF PAYMENTS RESERVATION DEPOSIT. The 25% reservation deposit shall be paid to Bozeman Cottage, Inc. at the time of the reservation and will be held by the Reservation Manager to be applied toward the remaining balance. For reservations made within 30 days of your arrival date, the total amount is due unless other arrangements have been made.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

The house was both lovely and comfortable with many nice touches, like the child’s play table in the basement, the yoga mat and weights, the large beach towels we used when we went to Bozeman Hot Springs, the location near the Co-op. It was just around the corner from the family we were there to visit, so it was perfect for the two of us. Paul was quick to answer questions and kept the sidewalk shoveled when it snowed, which it did for several days, not heavily but persistently. We would definitely go back.
We really enjoyed our stay! The home had everything we needed, was super clean and check-in was seamless. The house is in a great location to downtown. You must try Red Tractor pizza just a few blocks away it was delicious. Paul was proactive in communication and super responsive. We highly recommend!

Our family stayed three nights at Paul's. The location was ideal! Within walking distance of an organic coop with grocery items, fresh and hot bar, coffee, pastries (2min) and downtown Main Street with shops, restaurants, etc (8min). My parents enjoyed their usual 30 minute morning walk through the calm, arbored streets of the neighborhood. The apartment is cozy and very well appointed, immaculately clean and luminous. We felt so at home it was hard to leave! There was plenty of room for our family inside and in the outdoor garden area. Easy to park on the street in front of the house. Paul was easy and pleasant to communicate with. Highest recommendation for his place! Thank you 🙂

“The West Olive Cottage is a gem, beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. The photos don’t do it justice. We were concerned it might be a bit cramped, but the layout and ample furnishings make it feel spacious, light and bright. There’s so much storage that things don’t get in the way of enjoying the space. All appliances and furnishings are clean and modern and there are enough pots/pans/dishes to host a dinner party. The location is ideal. We will be back.
My friend and I rented Paul’s house to work remotely for the week and had a great time!
The location is hard to beat. Within walking distance of Main St., grocery stores, restaurants, etc., you could get away with not having a car.
The house is wonderful with strong wifi, comfortable beds and a great kitchen. The light bulb in the living room went out while we were there and Paul sent someone over within a few hours to change it out.

Really enjoyed staying here, walked to Main Street several times within 10-15 minutes and some really cool grocery and restaurants nearby as well. Very clean, quiet, and temperature controlled. Basement being fully empty was a nice addition to space as well. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic 2 bedroom. Super clean, well appointed kitchen, great handout spots inside and out. Easy to walk to MSU and downtown. Wi-fi was great and could support two of us working with enough space to each have separate rooms. Paul was really responsive. Highly recommend.

The cottage was great and had everything I needed for my few night stay and more. Wifi was acceptable and was able to setup a nice workstation in the kitchen table area for remote work. Walking distance to the concert I saw at the Elm, a new very cool venue in Bozeman. Place was immaculately clean, the beds were super comfy, and the climate control was excellent when needed. If you want to get a feel for a living in a Bozeman neighborhood, this is a great place to make it happen.
Great location! Awesome food and shops on main St. Yellowstone is not a bad drive from the cottage also.
West Olive Cottage was exactly as advertised. We loved spending time in the cottage and walking to Main Street for ice cream and food. The cottage had so many amenities we needed while traveling with our 8 month old. Our host, Paul went above and beyond to accommodate early check-in and late checkout (definitely needed that with a fussy baby).
We loved our stay at Paul's place in Bozeman. The house was very clean and comfortable, with enough space for a couple to work remotely in different areas of the house. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals, and the location was perfect! Multiple grocery stores and restaurants are just a few blocks away.
The West Olive Cottage was awesome and convenient to everything in Bozeman. So close to downtown, restaurants, shopping, skiing and the Co-Op for groceries. Very central location. We came to visit our daughter for a long weekend, to ski and hike. Paul’s place had everything we needed to make it feel like our home away from home. We hope it’s available the next time we plan to visit!
Better than described. Second bedroom also served as my home office for a week. Super quiet. Food Co op a block away has all the essentials. Walked and walked. Paul and Christopher are super responsive. We had an issue with one of the smoke alarms beeping and Christopher was right over and replaced the batteries in all three alarms in the house. Kitchen and great and the whole place is a sunny from morning till sunset .

Well stocked and furnished cottage. Really enjoyed the gas grill and usefulness of the kitchen. Nice walk to town for dining and shopping. 3rd VRBO I stayed in on my month fly fishing excursion in Montana, and the best managed with communication, tips, amenities. Great job Paul!

This newer remodeled house is setup nicely for travelers needs. Super clean and well stocked. Really nice enclosed backyard with grill. One of the nicest rentals we have stayed at in Bozeman.

There was coffee ready for us to make in the kitchen, and it was well equipped for actual cooking. There is a guest manual with instructions for how to use a variety of things in the house, and convenient parking right next to the house. It snowed almost continuously during our visit, and someone came and shoveled the steps and sidewalk for us every day! The owner is incredibly thorough with information that made our stay very easy, and was friendly and welcomed us to contact him if we needed anything. The location is in a charming neighborhood that is close to downtown, and easy to navigate to other parts of the city as well. This was a really great property with high quality bedding, towels, furniture, appliances, and kitchenware. The next time we go to Bozeman, I will book this property again if it is available.

We very much enjoyed our week here. The house had just about everything we needed. We loved the location - great and easy walk to downtown Main St. as well as good location to both North and West Yellowstone. We had a great dinner at the Emerson Grill and also recommend Jazz on Thursday nights at the Red Tractor. Montana Aleworks and the Western Cafe were also excellent.
Bozeman is fantastic and we are looking forward to our next visit.
Clean and close to downtown and MSU campus, great communication with the owner as we arrived late and the outside lights were on for us to find the house easier, definitely would stay here again.
From our arrival to our departure, everything was perfect! This beautiful cottage had everything we needed for our stay. It was immaculately decorated, had Roku TV handy and a coffee maker with ground coffee beans waiting for us! If you ask, you can purchase a dozen farm fresh eggs from the owner for $5! Such a treat. So enjoyed how close it is to the Co-op and downtown. We walked everywhere! Would highly recommend this beautiful property. Many thanks to the owner who greeted us with an email containing all the information we needed for our stay including many wonderful local recommendations!

We so enjoyed our first visit to Bozeman! Here from Houston, TX for a Yoga workshop Atekhamyoya o Main Street. The cottage was conveniently located and within walking distance to the Co-op and many other delicious restaurants. Highly recommend Dave's Sushi for dinner and Feed for breakfast/lunch.

We had everything we needed right here. Enjoyed BBQ fresh halibut flown in from Alaska that day @ local Co-op. Great wood fired pizza at Mountains Walking Brewery. The weather was perfect and a welcome reprieve from the Arizona desert. We WILL be back.
